Appearance: Rebecca has yet to start budding into a young woman. Though she's at that age where most girls have started to develop in area's, she is still quite flat chested, and tom-boyish looking. She also wears glasses, which gives her two looks depending on who is talking about her. Either this pretty shy girl who looks cute with glasses, or a nerd who happens to be ok looking. She doesn't have a great figure...more like a gentle show of her femininity. Her hair is a deep red and wavy to show her Irish heritage with a two ice blue streaks on either side of her face in the front, and her eyes hazel that are dominantly green.

Personality: Rebecca is a quite girl who normally sticks to herself. She doesn't really get involved with much. In fact even her friends don't know everything that she likes to do. What they do know is that she likes to read, and go horse-back riding. What others don't know is that she's exceptionally skilled in the music area. She has a great voice, and enjoys singing on her own time. The only other person that knows she can sing is her private instructor, and has tried to encourage her to show off the skill. However as she's shy she tends to not draw attention to herself.

Ability: Electrical Elemental. She can generate electricity natural to the point where she can even send bolts of it out of her hand at the moment.

Weakness: For the most part she can't control it. It tends to show up during a high emotional stress, or stress of any kind. She's lucky if she can do more than a static charge if she actually concentrates as well at the moment. Even though she isn't burned or any other side effects when it leaves her, she can harm herself if she's wet and not grounded. Her ability also has no affect on ground/earth mutants/heroes, nor wind.

History: Rebecca had been a sickly-frail girl for most of her life. When the time came for her to start kindergarten, her parent's were still too fearful to let her out of their sight. So she's one year behind the rest of her generation. However half way through the year she was suppose to be in school, she ended up having an accident. Her mother had simply stepped away for a moment from her in the tub as the phone had rang, and when she returned she found Rebecca drowned in the tub with the radio inside as well. Having pulled it down into the tub, and never having been taught that electricity and water did not mix well.

Her mother had instantly started on cpr and called 911. Upon seeing the medical file of Rebecca, they didn't think she'd resuscitate without side-effects, especially with the odd mutation they had found in her genes as a child. However, not only did Rebecca become stable, but her sickly state had managed to disappear entirely. Though the genetic mutation was still there, and slightly changed, no one wondered about it due to the miracle of her just being alive and healthy.

The next year she was enrolled into kindergarten, and since then has lived a fairly simple life in a section of town that was the main area of gang activity. She's now a freshman in high school, granted a year older then her fellow students due to the late start, and unaware of her abilities that are about to come forth.

Quirks: She's a gamer chick. However she keeps this quite as most people think it's odd that girls can get into games. She also loves dragon's, and has anything dragon that she can find. Her mother has promised to take her to a tattoo shop to get a dragon tattoo on her sixteenth birthday.
