Feel free to post anything on the "in character" list that is part of your back story.

If your character is into sports, I strongly encourage you to look at: http://www.mhsaa.com/Sports.aspx for the starting dates of various sports. Please note that even though tryouts for a sport officially started in the fall (August 10 for football and boys soccer), in most cases, fitness training, clinics in other cities, and unofficial practices have been occurring since middle school let out.

As an FYI, school will start the day after Labor Day (September 8, 2009) and is only a half day in the morning. Full days begin the next day.
