"It was the first place that I could think of. That would be empty this time of the day." Sasha admitted with a rueful expression. She took firm hold of both of Templar's hands, closing her eyes and teleported them from the room and into the library of the high school. When they arrived at their destination, she released his hands so he could use them to direct his own abilities. She stayed close beside him ready to teleport them back to their headquarters when he gave the word.

When they reappeared at their headquarters, the effects of their last trip forced her to clutch at him for a moment rather than letting go as she'd originally intended to. But her bout of weakness passed after about a minute. "I'm sorry." She breathed, letting go and stepping back.

The moment Mercury released his hands in the library, Templar raised transparent shields around them. After a quick look around, he dropped the shields and regripped her hands.

When the flashed back into the room with Control, he tried to replicate the action, but dropped to a knee dizzy instead. "Whoa..." he began. That's going to take a little getting used to.

What happened when Sasha and Templar returned to their headquarters was worthy of a Three Stooges routine. Sasha was hit by a momentary wave of dizziness, and could've used Templar's support to keep on her her feet. What she hadn't counted on was that her power would affect Templar just as much as it had her. When he went down to one knee, pulling away from her, Sasha stumbled forward, then fell, landing atop Templar. She rolled weakly off him, struggling until she'd managed to get into a sitting position. "Sorry." She said again.

"It's okay." Sasha said with a slight smile. "It's my fault not yours, after all." She said when he untangled himself. She looked up when he offered his hand to help her up. She put her hand in his, letting him help her back up to her feet. "Thanks."

Templar let her hand go, stepped away, and took a deep breath. "What do you want next, Control?" he asked to change the subject.
