POWERS AND ABILITIES
Oliver has developed the ability to manipulate force. So far he has discovered the ability to project force blasts which range from a narrowly focused blast roughly as hard as a person can hit with a baseball bat out to a strong shove if he spreads it far enough to encompass 2-3 targets. He can also create force shields varying in coverage to protecting one direction of his own body with a shield dense enough to stop a rifle shot to a bubble defending 3 people with only enough density to slow a punch.

Hobbies: Oliver plays quarterback and shortstop/centerfield. He is hoping to make the Neptune teams. He’s hard-working and driven, but not a great natural athlete. He also participated in student government at his boarding school and will be feeling that scene out at Neptune.
History: The Toussaint family is one of the first families of Neptune. The family first arrived as French fur traders and have been among the leading merchant familes of the area ever since. When the auto industry took over, a Toussaint managed the first plant. And every one since. When the local plant closed, Oliver’s father was lost. The company offered to transfer him to one of the new Canadian plants, but he wouldn’t hear of moving. Living off savings and whatever management jobs he could find – he runs a supermarket in a neighboring town now – the Toussaints did their best to maintain appearances. Family finances have recently come to a head, however, necessitating Oliver’s transfer from his boarding school in Western New York to Neptune high. His powers manifested there last semester and he spent hours in the forest behind the campus experimenting with them.
