To make sure that people are active in the game and to make sure that everyone is actively involved, we the GM and AGM have decided to implement the following rules:

Everyone needs to post a minimum of once a week. For one week, it would suffice to say on the OOC string, "I am working on an email JP with x" but the following week, if it is not done, something needs to be posted to show that you are active and so the game does not slow. Since we use non-linear time, this should not be a problem as you can always post backwards. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the booting of the player. (Obviously exceptions such as injury, LOA, emergencies exist but the key is communication with the GM and/or AGM.)

During hero events, everyone needs to participate. No exceptions (unless you have a LOA). Simply put, we will make sure that there is something for everyone who is active to do.

Remember, NEPTUNE IS SEVERELY POOR. Money and jobs are generally not available as this game takes place during the recession. Therefore, your characters DO NOT have ready access to other money. Expect an allowance and not much else for now. Anything special (weapons, tech, etc) needs to be run by the GM prior to a character obtaining it.
