BACKGROUND:
Aoife grew up on a small colony on the planet New Dublin. Her family were hard working. She, herself, was considered a bit of a tomboy. In order to control and confine the high energy young child, her mother enrolled Aoife in gymnastics. This became a passion for Aoife, who went on to win many prestigious awards in the sector.

When Aoife was 25, she petitioned to join Starfleet and was accepted. She mastered her courses, remaining somewhere around the middle top half of her classes for grades. When she finished basic academy, she chose to specialize in security techniques. Aoife utilizes her gymnastics in her hand to hand combat.
