Nav gave Alice a smile and mouthed her gratitude in the age old two words, "Thank you". It had to be brief as the tension was thick and 'Rambo' was back in charge, so to speak. A strange twist to be certain and even stranger for the call for Keth. She was worried for her friend, but she was certain, at least physically, he could more than take care of himself.

Distractions aside, it was finally time for her to begin the process of unravelling. Her fingers had been running through their paces behind her back, working out formalae, and figuring the places where she could at least begin before ever touching the station where she was going to be settled in for a bit. There were several systems that had been invaded, and one of them (or perhaps even the most subtle place of all) was the weak link. Or perhaps it just forced itself into their systems... but either one meant something she was unwilling to admit to herself; until at least after their work was done. One thing was sitting in the back of her mind: 'Someone had to have provided the Orions detailed information about their systems and how they were set up... passwords, security levels... and how to avoid being noticed.' It screamed of 'inside job', and that was something that made Nav more than just a little uncomfortable.

But that wasn't something she had the luxury of considering. Now was the time for pushing the alien threat unobtrusively out of their systems while still maintaining the illusion that they were undiscovered. Mock information would replace the actual data and giving the Orions the idea that whatever they had hoped for, but that would only happen if Nav could unravel their choke hold on their computer...

Armed with more air filters, water jugs and some small snacks to keep the energy level high and the stomach from grumbling, she settled herself into one of the stations in the Cargo Bay, and began to do what she had wanted to do from the moment they had discovered the device: systematically shutting it off from its control of Frankie, without letting them know what they were doing. Fingers were flying over the keys, tracing the intrusion, retracing, isolating the small incursions... wherever everyone else was, whatever they were doing, Nav was inside of the machine. Her focus was solid, and her whole world, her whole consciousness was absorbed and submerged inside of Frankie.

* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *

Part of her felt some sort of nagging headache; surely her air filter still had hours of use... but she was far too absorbed in her task to worry. Only a few more lines of code, only a few more tasks to perform, only a few more systems... the sweat was gathering on her forehead, a thin rivulet of it rolling down between her shoulder blades... discomfort she barely acknowledged as she worked; her mind desperately trying to work ahead of the Orion code as it attempted to re establish its hold. And then...

Nav lifted her head. "We have one shot, Lieutenant." Her brown eyes sparkling with intelligence and her idea. "The code is adaptive, and it continues to attack our systems to dig in deeper." She sighed, her breath slightly fogging the face mask and she continued talking through the localised mist. "So, if you run the data and the alternate looping protocols, we can fool their system long enough for everyone to implement their part of the plan..." At least that was the hope. Because if it didn't work? Well... there always was that planet below...

TK wished he could say Keth's action surprised him, but his mind wasn't that far gone yet.

"Ensign, if you don't put me down immediately Your next EVA will be without a suit." He threatened.

Keths old space suit had been torn to pieces by a pheromon maddened squad of security guards. Fortunately Starfleet, not wanting what amounted to an ambassador for the Huanni being turned inside out by explosive decompression, had seen fit to make a spare.

A much, much, much, better spare. Though it was a little snug in places. When Keth took the helmet off he was going to have epic helmet hair, that or lethal levels of static electricity. Either way Keth was ready to rock and ruin someone's day.

Which was why giving him a gun was a bit of a gamble. Keth knew how to make the rifle fire, which was part of the problem. The other half of the problem was his leathal pointing it around at everything with his big finger on the trigger. They'd tried fitting it with a target sensor, so if ever it was pointed at a friendly it would make a noise and not fire.

And yet still poor Ensign Ricky landed in sickbay after Keth had broken the safety.

This explained why someone had written on the chest of Keths suit in bright black lettering "Point Towards Enemy".

He looked means, if a little chinky in the suit, and he was most certainly leathal.

"I am ready to take bubble gum and chew names!" Keth roared inside of his helmet, fogging the glass alarmingly as he staggered about the shuttle bay.

"All ready up here," Nav whispered under her breath as if testing out the theory before putting it into action. In fact, she felt far less than ready, despite her confidence in the science, engineering and intuition involved in such a mission as this. Timing was less of a clock thing and more of a feel thing, so she took a deep breath, let it out slowly, and completely obscured her face within the breathing apparatus.

"All ready up here," she repeated for the people in the cheap seats. Far be it from anyone to say that when Nav was ready, anyone on board Frankie had the slightest doubt.

Cindy sat her in chair, crossing her legs confidently. Her skirt hiked up, showing her powerful thighs and well toned legs. She called back, "Better start her now, Nav."

Turning to Phil, Cindy said, "And now we wait. As soon as those Orions know something is wrong, I am certain that they will appear. Go to yellow alert."

It was a mere five minutes later when Luke saw two blips on his screen coming towards Legacy.

Calling out, "Hail them." She turned to Phil and said, "Let's see what they are made of and hope that Williams knows what he is doing."

Cindy adjusted her uniform slightly as a large male Orion appeared on the screen. "You are trespassing in our territory. This planet is under Orion Syndicate protection."

Calmly and in a sweet but business like voice stated, "We are here rendering humanitarian aid. We received communications from the planet below that assistance was needed. Certainly you would not refuse your citizens humanitarian aid."

The Orion responded curtly, "We are here now, so you are no longer needed. You may go."

Cindy answered, "I do not see how we can. It seems that there was a plague that wiped out all the male citizens below. One of your citizens managed to make it on board but oddly she says that you do not protect them. You harm them."

"You will return her to us at once. None of these things are your concern. Return her and go."

"I have granted her asylum and we are treating her condition."

"You have five of your minutes to return her or we shall fire." With that proclamation, the screen went blank.

Looking over again at Phil, "Williams' plan had better work."

"Aye, Captain," Nav said, at a softer decibel level. She held her breath and started the program.

Timing.

Was.

Everything.

Timing was everything.

TK sat at the helm of the tiny shuttle. 12 commandos and a Huanni crammed in beside him. At least the air in his EVA suit was cool and fresh. A small, but welcome advantage to the plan.

They sat adrift in the dark, all systems dead. Full stealth profile. It was the same tactic that had saved his life at Vulcan. And here they waited for Legacy to make its move.

Luckily they didn't have to wait long. The Orion ship warped into the system in what TK has assessed as the 6th most likely insertion point. No trickery; they were trying a show of force. Ideal.

TK's fingers operated the thrusters by memory since they only had Legacy's floodlights and the stars for illumination. His target was the aft dorsal section, where the hull plating was weakest. The trip was blessedly quick, and TK parked them in place with expert precision, and since the hatch was already open, The Plan began to unfold.

Astra was the first out the door, rushing to the alien vessel and unpacking the breaching charges she had brought with her. The rest arranged themselves around ground zero in three teams. Astra 'rang the doorbell' and the door happily opened.

They had chosen the smallest room available, so the atmosphere didn't take long to vent and then the strike team was inside.

TK grabbed Keth to get his attention as the other stacked up by the door.

"Ensign." He said sharply, "Everyone outside that door is the enemy. They want to kill you, me, Vivyra, Lt. Khangura, and literally everyone else you know within a thousand light-years. Remember the Romulan incident? I told you you were trying to do Security's job? Well now YOU are Security." He pointed at the door. "Get to work."

OOC: At this point I'm hoping Keth goes on a rampage through the halls. Who's gonna notice a handful of commandos with a Huanni running amok through the halls.

The rest of the team filed out of the room and proceeded on their assigned tasks. Astra took Beta Team to secure engineering and prevent escape. Ensign Wetzler Took Gamma Team to the Science section to secure evidence and other useful data. Alpha Team followed TK to the Bridge where they would seize the ship in its entirety.
