I'm wondering if there's a place that lays out the rank insignia for the AR. I know the shirts have stripes at the wrist, but I don't know what the rank indications are. Also, from what I can tell, the women's dresses don't appear to have the same indicative trim. I looked at Memory Alpha and didn't find anything, but I may not have looked in the right place.

Does anyone here know?

Ok...well, I found the insignia on Memory Alpha (search: rank insignia...duh). But there's not really any mention about women's uniforms.
